Key skills for the job
1. Ensure the Server Performance is good and all applications running as per requirement in the server.
2. Ensure the daily backup of the database is successful in the server.
3. Check whether any error occurred during the backup check the database backup file size and store it.
Monitoring servers and Operating System for better performance.
5. Installation of various softwares and updates
6 Installing and configuring different kinds of Routers (D-Link, NETGEAR), Switches and Hubs.
7 Resolve problems related to Routers and Switches (Troubleshooting).
8. Creating and Maintaining Networks (Crimping, Cabling etc)
9. Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of all the components which may comprise an Enterprise Network ie Installation of Networks (Cables, Switches, and Routers etc.).
10. Installation of Internet Applications, Ms-Office, Adobe and CCTV, Biometric Attendance.
11. Check all the CCTV of the campus is fully functional and recording happening on continuous basis.
12. Configure Network and sharing printers
13. Trouble shooting of all networks problems,
14. Responsible for Systems Hardware, Software and Intranetworking LAN/WAN/ Communication maintenance
15. Software deployment and its updates.
16. Check the hospital Internet Wi-Fi and functioning properly with appropriate speed.
17. Immediately raise a ticket with the ISP if any Internet speed issue or packet loss noticed.
18. Check for any error log messages in the Router.
19. Check the Aarogyasri website and service running smoothly.
20. Check the PC performance of the workstations and all stations starting with Reception Areas.
21. Ensure the logs of the Biometric successfully downloaded in the HR software.
22. Check the Performance of Printers and scanners wherever installed starting from the high priority onwards
23 Install windows, activate license, and install all required applications and Oracle including the hospital software wherever a new station is added
24 Install the latest patches of windows and software's whenever released.
25 At the end of shift, check the server performance and check with the high priority stations for any issues faced or support required.
26. In case of emergency the IT personnel should be Available to offer their services in functioning of IT
27. You are also responsible of smooth functioning of Landlines and CUG mobiles.
28 Daily Routine check-up-
a) DVRs
b) CCTV Cameras.
c) Computers & printers
d) Telephones.
