Senior Accounts Executive

Job description

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting;
• Accountancy/finance knowledge with, minimum 3-5 year of experience, NGO work experience is a plus.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Fluency in MS Office; knowledge of INSTA HMN Software is a plus.
• Tally.ERP9 in-depth knowledge for data input.
• Knowledge of GST,TDS and other statutory law.
• Ability to work in a team and fulfill accounting requirements in the Hospital.
• An ability to be self-driven and having a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask under tight timelines.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Should be willing to work with the Foundation for a long period of time.
