We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders from order receipt to delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Order Management: Input all sales orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
2. Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Buyer Communication: Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
4. Dispatch Co Ordination: Ensure that materials are delivered from the warehouse in a timely manner and dispatch details are updated to buyers.
5. Follow-up and Follow-through: Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and buyers to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.
2. Highly Organized: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders.
3. Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in logging sales orders and managing data.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to timely resolve discrepancies and issues with suppliers and buyers.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with knowledge of tolls like V Look up and H Look up.
