Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Provide personal assistance to managing director by handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Perform secretarial activities such as letter drafting and document preparation.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings from start to finish.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g. Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.
