Associate HR

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring the overall well-being of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and implement employee engagement programs.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, and assist in conducting training programs.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, track employee performance, and provide feedback to both employees and management.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assist in the implementation of new policies or changes to existing ones.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
