Job Description
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and regularly review General Ledger to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
- Preparation of Monthly Information Report (MIS), Bank reconciliation statements, AR & AP reconciliation, provisions etc.
- Perform periodic cleaning and reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) balances.
- Prepare and review quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee vendor payments, collaborating with the business team to ensure timely disbursements.
- Co-ordinate with external auditors for completion of audit and preparation of financials.
