Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new affiliates to the company's affiliate program.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, addressing and resolving any concerns from both new and active partners.
• Implement strategies to optimize partner performance and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company.
• Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on industry trends and developments in affiliate marketing.
• Achieve KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or sales; experience specifically in affiliate marketing is a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
