Role Overview:

As a BFSI Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The role focuses on bridging the skill gap by equipping learners with industry-relevant knowledge and skills, ultimately enhancing their employability.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on BFSI topics such as banking operations, financial products, insurance processes, and customer service.
• Ensure participants grasp core concepts and apply them effectively.

Content Development:

• Design and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, and role-playing exercises, to reflect industry trends and standards.
• Tailor content to suit diverse learning needs and backgrounds.

Assessment & Feedback:

• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to foster continuous improvement.

Industry Alignment:

• Stay updated on BFSI sector developments to incorporate relevant practices and examples into training programs.
• Collaborate with industry experts to refine and enhance training content.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Learner Engagement:

• Motivate and mentor participants to achieve their career aspirations.
• Address learner queries and challenges to ensure a positive training experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education :Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in BFSI or Training & Development are preferred.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or as a trainer in a related domain.
• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of BFSI products, services, and operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the BFSI sector.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
