About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BFSI Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the BFSI domain, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions for participants on various BFSI topics, including banking operations, financial products, compliance, and customer service.
• Design and deliver interactive training modules to meet organizational and participant requirements.

Curriculum Development:

• Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and assessments to align with industry standards.
• Ensure training content is up to date with the latest trends and regulatory changes in the BFSI sector.

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Assess participants performance through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve learning outcomes.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment scores.
• Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements for future sessions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the training and development team to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Certifications in BFSI or training methodologies are a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or as a corporate trainer.

• Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial products, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
