Executive - Inventory and Photoshoot Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain and update a centralized database of inventory across all brands in Excel.
• Keep records of inward and outward inventory, styling accessories, and art props between studios and HQ.

Barcode Creation:

• Generate and manage barcodes for photoshoot samples to streamline tracking.

Dispatch and Reconciliation:

• Coordinate the dispatch and reconciliation of photoshoot inventory across all brands.
• Collaborate with courier partners and vendors for timely deliveries and returns.

Photoshoot Support:

• Assist in packing and dispatching inventory for photoshoots.
• Provide on-ground support for in-house photoshoot requirements, including steaming garments and arranging accessories.

PO and Invoice Management:

• Collate purchase orders (POs) and invoices for inventory and photoshoot expenses.

Must Haves:

• Proficiency in MS Excel for managing databases and generating reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inventories and photoshoot logistics.
• Experience in coordinating with logistics partners and vendors.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and barcode creation.
• Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in inventory or logistics management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Knowledge of basic photoshoot setup requirements and garment care techniques like steaming.
• Familiarity with barcode creation tools/software.
• An understanding of supply chain processes in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
