Accounts Executive

We are seeking a candidate for a full position in finance and accounts i.e. Accounts Executive”.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining monthly/annual bookkeeping in Tally as per Indian GAAP and ERP system.
• Maintaining accounting records and filing system for records and compliances.
• Managing Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable
• Supporting the processes related to monthly payroll, incentives, leave accruals, reimbursement & F&F.
• Preparing regular accounting MIS reports.
• Supporting GST compliances & TDS.
• Supporting RBI, ROC and Secretarial compliances.

Educational Qualifications and Skills:

• CA(Inter)/MBA- Fin/ Semi Qualified ICWA with bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 3+ years of experience in the accounting domain.
• Good verbal & written English communication skills.
• Proficient in working in MS Office and Tally.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of statutory compliances and taxation knowledge.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
