Job Description
- We are hiring for an experienced IT Recruiter who will be responsible for our in- house recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview candidates and ensure to put forward the best quality candidates
- Proven work experience in recruitment ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
- MBA in Human Resource with minimum 2Y of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Female candidate with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Should have good understanding of various job portals and will be able to hire the candidates through LinkedIn, indeed etc.
- Experience in screening resumes, taking initial round of interview and scheduling the best candidate for technical round.
- Follow up with the client till joining, salary negotiation.
- Along with IT Recruitment candidate must be having some exposure to other HR Functions such as Joining & Exit formalities, Induction, Attendance & Payroll Management, Employee engagement, Grievance handling, social media handling etc.
