Front End Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in frontend development using React.js, a proven track record of leading development teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 810 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and React Hooks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating backend services.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust frontend solutions using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to define and implement project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
