Core Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, product managers) to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using Next.js/React.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Build reusable and scalable UI components using React, Redux, and other relevant libraries.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across different devices and browsers.

- Ensure high-quality software by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing robust testing strategies.

- Continuously improve the software development process by evaluating and adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in frontend technologies and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the overall success of the team and company by actively participating in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and data fetching techniques (GraphQL, Axios).

- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A passion for learning and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest frontend technologies.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
