Shift – Split Shift

Mandatory: Experience in the CRE industry (Commercial Real Estate) with a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (duties may include  but are not limited to) 

• Monitor all the team members’ day-to-day work-related activities, assign job tasks to the team members, and ensure the SLAs are met.
• Process job tasks and perform quality check when needed.  
• Prepare monthly or quarterly process related dash boards and reports and come up with detailed analysis for management review.
• Work with supervisors to define and review process controls on a periodic basis.
• Conduct weekly or monthly team huddles and meetings with the team members to motivate, prioritize the tasks and understand their challenges. 
•  Monitor team members’ performance and ratings on monthly and annual basis.
• Prepare individual team members’ Career Development Plan on monthly basis and discuss their individual feedback and improvement areas.
• Drive organizational employee engagement initiatives such as the Fun Committee, Work Life Balance (WOLIBA), etc.
• Coach and mentor team members’ individual career progression through one of the internal organizational development initiatives.  
• Responsible to manage all the administrative duties of the team.

TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Manager / Senior Manager

 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (including education, experience and skills)

•  Any bachelor’s degree
• Preferably Post Graduate degree including MBA/PGDBM

CONDITIONS OF WORK

• Required to work additional hours, as necessary, to meet deadlines and fulfill the job responsibilities.
• The current requirement is for Split Shift. However, the job seeker is expected to be flexible working in shifts. The shift timings would vary periodically based on the business requirements.
