* THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION BASED IN ANDHERI, MUMBAI.
* PROFICIENCY IN ZOHO IS MANDATORY.
* IMMEDIATE JOINEE NEEDED
Role & responsibilities :
1. 3+ years of working experience in Zoho.
2. Day to day account managements & activities such as Invoicing, Collections, Payments, etc.
3. Maintain record of all the taxation & manage monthly Tax returns.
4. Keep account books for Project wise or category wise Sales (Invoicing), Collections, Expenses, TDS, Service Tax, etc. & physical / softcopy records of all in necessary files.
5. Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
6. Ensure that all payroll processes are carried out in full compliance with relevant local, state, and national regulations. This includes accurate calculation and timely remittance of statutory deductions..
7. Keep financial records of all clients & vendors.
8. Check & Approve expenses of Employees as per the company policies.
9. Prepare Monthly, Half-Yearly & Yearly Account statements; Prepare & Maintain MIS statements.
10. Report to management on necessary account queries & records on regular basis.
11. Address any accounts or finance related query from sites.
Preferred candidate profile : 6 - 8 Years of experience in Accounts management, Tax Filings, Tax Audits, Account Audits, Annual returns, Payroll Processing, Payments and Collection
Qualification: B-Com.
Software skills: Proficiency in Zoho, Tally, Microsoft office- word/Excel/PPT
