Ensure meticulous upkeep of financial records, adhering to regulatory standards. Leverage accounts writing experience to ensure comprehensive and precise financial documentation.
Managing accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, execute vendor payments, and handle client/customer payments. Vigilantly monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2A, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
TDS Compliance: Determine TDS deductions as per regulatory mandates and organizational policies. Accurately calculate the applicable deduction amounts and ensure timely compliance with TDS regulations.
PF and PT Knowledge: Administer Provident Fund (PF) contributions and manage Professional Tax (PT) deductions, aligning with statutory guidelines.
Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel, proficiently employing V-lookup, H-lookup, and PivotTables for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tasks.
Bank Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger accounts, identifying and rectifying discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
MIS - Monthly: Prepare and analyze Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering valuable insights into financial performance and trends to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in formulating and managing the organization's budget, while forecasting future financial needs and identifying potential areas for cost optimization.
