Qualification : B. Sc / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry only

Department : Production

Industry Preferred : Intermediate / Bulk Chemical

Reporting To : Unit - Head

Specific Responsibility:

1. To maintain area clean and housekeeping of working area.

2. To clean the equipment as per cleaning SOP of equipment.

3. To operate the machine or process as per sop or instructions in BMR/SOP.

4. To maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.

5. If any deviation is observed during process, report to supervisor or production head.

6. To maintain equipment log book.

7. To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.

8. To carry out break down maintenance, if required with the help of side agencies.

9. To know and follow safety norms while working in production area.

10. While handling chemicals use appropriate personal protective equipment.

11. Manpower planning.

12. SAP Material Requirement and Report related to Production.

13. Handling Customer Audit ISO

14. Manpower planning and delegation of Work.ofile
