New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Not safety salary sleeep not. Give to employees and salary date is not fix.not canteen not proper hr work not trustable realtion with head and hr department.and main point of benzochem is he is not give to you releve letter experience letter and full&final too.i duty in that compny but worth system i tired ans change job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Working with experienced person is lots of useful for knowledge growth Manager are very helpful for fresher they give all there knowledge share experience. IN COVID-19 company provide santizer bottle mask handwash. Make some rule that keep safe distance from each other .
