Position Overview: Benson Polymers Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in international business development, market research, and communication. You will play a critical role in expanding our global presence, forging valuable relationships, and driving sales growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Business Development: Identify and explore new markets, expand the customer base, and develop strategies to drive export sales growth.
• Market Research & Communication: Conduct in-depth market research to understand global trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Effectively communicate these insights to key stakeholders.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors. Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Negotiation: Engage in strong negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions, meeting both company and client expectations.
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in international markets, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with international clients.
• Expertise in international business development and a solid understanding of international business practices.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clients and regions.
