Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Market Bench Consultants with various work authorizations (H1B Transfers, OPT, CPT, F1, L1, Green Card, US Citizens).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
• Understand and format consultants' resumes as per client requirements.
• Source job requirements from job boards and submit matching profiles.
• Maintain daily communication with consultants on submissions and interview updates.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews with vendors and end clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Expertise in US recruitment cycles (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent) and employment terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms, and time zones.
• Generate leads via cold calling to acquire new direct clients.
• Handle contracts like NCA, NDA, Addendum, and Memorandum.
• Manage the complete bench sales cycle, from sourcing to final placement.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Track submissions and follow up regularly to ensure placement success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Sales Recruiter in US IT staffing
• Proven experience as an IT Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
