Bench Sales Recruiter

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in bench sales recruitment, preferably within the IT staffing or consulting industry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the IT staffing industry and client expectations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants, and to build strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in using job boards, recruitment tools, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
