Senior Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, assembly lines, and testing equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and technical support to maintenance team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in valve manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
• Familiarity with CNC machinery maintenance and repair.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
