Zonal Brand Building Head - Cement Business (11-15 yrs)

- Drive penetration through brand building levers to impact share gain in Cement and category penetration in BPD and other NBDs at the zonal level.

- This role has to spearhead all Marketing activities at the zone.

- The role broadly is to ensure on-ground brand awareness and drive brand preference, ensure consistent brand language across touch points, help generate business within the respective Zones, cascade the overall marketing roadmap through Zonal initiatives & includes efficient handling/mentoring of the Zonal Marketing team.

- The ZBBH needs to ensure that all self actions & team conducts are well within the defined organisation value system.
