Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations of the organization.
  
• Oversee recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in administration management or related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Arts & Humanities or Hotel Management; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms (social media) with ability to create engaging content.
