Responsibilities:

Reconciliation Management :

a) Manage end-to-end reconciliation processes for business partners as outlined in the agreement

Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.

Stakeholder Communication :

a) Facilitate effective communication with business partners for balance confirmations, ledger procurements, and other reconciliation-related requirements.

b) Provide escalation support for non-respondent partners and align with internal teams to address issues.

Data Integrity & Reporting:

a) Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.

b) Provide regular updates and dashboards to management on reconciliation status and financial operations.

Process Optimization:

a) Collaborate with the platform team to streamline ERP integrations and improve data-sharing mechanisms.

b) Identify opportunities to enhance reconciliation processes and reduce operational inefficiencies

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.

- Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Tally).

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
