To drive this growth, were looking for a senior sales manager to lead and scale our B2B efforts.

What will you do at Beco?
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporates, HoReCa, and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, admin managers, and facility heads.
- Manage the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and improve realization per order.
- Oversee pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term agreements.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment, payment collection, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and engagement in B2B channels.
- Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG/Institutional sales.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.
- Prior experience selling to corporates, hotels, or hospitals is a plus.
