Executive - QC Chemical

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible to perform/Report the analysis of Water and pure steam (Condensate) samples.
• Responsible for preparation of Standard operating procedures, Standard test procedures, specifications, Analytical test data sheet, General test procedures and Calibration data sheet, Method Validation Protocols.
• Responsible to perform/Report the analysis of Finished Product, In-process, Raw/Packaging material, Analytical method transfer, Process Validation, Stability samples in order to ensure quality and consistency of Products/Material.
• Responsible to perform the all GLP related activities like, Calibration of Instrument/Equipment, Standard/Chemical management, Column issuance, Handling of breakdowns of instrument/Equipment
• Responsible to report the Laboratory incidents/ Out of Calibration to the Section head/Designee/Head QC/Manager.
• Responsible to ensure the good documentation practices/Good laboratory practices.
• Responsible to execute the instrument/Equipment Qualification as per report/protocol/SOP/QMP/VMP
• Responsible to execute the all task/Activities as per respective SOP/ STP.
• Responsible for preparation/Review of Analytical documents in case of unavailability of reviewer.
• Responsible to ensure the Health and Safety practices into the QC Departments.
• Responsible to complete the self-training and monitor the self -training on relevant SOP.  
• Responsible to report the Deviations/OOS/OOE/OOT to section head/Designee/Head QC/Designee.
• Responsible for maintenance of Working/Reference/impurity/Analytical standards.
• Responsible for Procurement/maintenance chemical/Glassware/QC related accesories.

      Responsible to initiate the change control / deviation / OOS / OOT / OOC/CAPA.

• Responsible for maintenance of documentation cell.
• Additional responsibility shall be allocated/assigned as per requirement.

Preferred candidate profile : The candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in HPLC Analysis in injectable plant
