Role & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable function Bill booking in SAP for Materials /Services/Assets with due diligence
- Documentation & submission of payment requests to HO on timely basis based on due dates
- Posting of Payment entries in SAP.
- Bank Reconciliation in SAP
- Petty Cash maintenance along with posting the entries in SAP.
- Audit support in the form of providing data related to assigned functions.
- Co-ordination with other departments for timely receipt of documents.
- Vendor reconciliation with an emphasis on MSME Vendors to minimise overdue
- Any other task assigned in relation to the Plant Accounting function
