Position Title: Associate

Location: Mumbai

Department: TRS Direct Tax  

Reporting Manager: Partner

Experience: At least 0- 1 year of relevant experience into Direct Tax willing to move in Transfer Pricing role

Qualification: CA

Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities: 

• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities
• Assisting in representing seniors / counsels clients before the tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), ITAT, etc. 
• Reviewing inter-company agreements from transfer pricing perspective
• Assisting in Master File and CbCR related compliances
