What You'll Do:

• Identify and assess government tenders to align with our strengths.
• Manage the entire proposal lifecycle—planning, writing, and submission.
• Analyze market trends to recommend data-driven strategies.
• Create and maintain RFP templates for streamlined processes.
• Collaborate across teams to drive go-to-market campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in proposal development or government consulting.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and RFP frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.
