Role & responsibilities

1. Strong background in Internal Audit
2. Experience with SOX Compliance
3. Proficiency in Business Process Control
4. Must have an experience in Walkthrough , RCM (Risk & Control Matrix), Narrative , Process Flow Visio)
5. Conducting Internal Audit and assessment in accordance with Section 302 and 404 (SOX).

Preferred candidate profile

1. Stellar communication and interpersonal skills

2. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

3. Must be an early joiner (90 days not accepting notice period )

Experience & Qualification

1. CA/ CPA /ACCA Qualified (Preferred)

2. 2-4 Years Experience (For Non CA's )
