Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Indian Payroll Consultant for an onsite engagement in Mumbai.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on Indian Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Indian Payroll solutions.

- Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, IT), and payroll reporting.

- Work closely with business users to understand payroll requirements and provide solutions.

- Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and ensure smooth payroll runs.

- Configure wage types, schemas, and rules in SAP HCM Payroll.

- Support Payroll Year-End Activities, Taxation, and Audits.

- Integrate Indian Payroll with other SAP HCM modules and external systems.

- Provide training and support to end users.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with Indian Payroll.

- Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Time Management, and Legal Compliance.

- Experience in PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schema Configuration.

- Knowledge of statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax.

- Hands-on experience in Payroll Integrations and ESS/MSS.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll is a plus.

- Prior experience in onsite client engagements.

- SAP Certification in HCM Payroll (preferred).
