1. Know the technicalities behind skilled writing to be able to draw up actionable client communications materials such as status reports, campaign summary reports, general activity reports, etc., under guidance and supervision. 2. Participate actively in team and client meetings and be comfortable sharing and presenting your views internally and in front of the client, if appropriate. 3. Learn about research and measurement methodologies and resources and use them to support the account team in IC programs. 4. Monitor media coverage of clients and support the account team on daily administrative tasks. 5. Play an active role in coordinating press materials and events such as press kits, releases, and press conference.
