As an Executive Graphic Designer, you are expected to set a new bar for design (including websites, apps, layouts, graphics, animation and storyboard, etc.), collaborate and oversee projects through their entire process from conception to execution, translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing social media creatives and a solid understanding of animation techniques. You are also expected to have strong conceptual skills and a deep understanding of digital and social media.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Collaborate closely with the copywriter and the rest of the creative team, and account team to ensure deadlines are met.
A compelling visual portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, photography, video production, and animation.
Conceptualize & execute visuals based on campaign requirements.
Apply creative in the copy/design for diversified medium, including traditional and offline, digital, social, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, etc.
Work with copywriter, and the rest of the creative team to produce final designs.
Amend designs after client or servicing feedback.
Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet client s brief.
Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools.
Should have experience of animation as well.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media content.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Solid understanding of animation and motion graphics.
Strong visual portfolio showcasing graphic design, animation, and social media projects
