What Youll Do

As the Technical Owner for BCG s Low-Code Application Development Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the design, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring its successful implementation across the organization. You will work to establish scalable processes, drive best practices, and provide expert-level guidance on low-code development, enabling BCG teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and secure applications.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, IT security, and operations teams to standardize governance processes, optimize platform licensing, and maintain compliance while delivering value-driven solutions. By partnering with stakeholders across BCG, you will ensure the Power Platform becomes a cornerstone for digital transformation, streamlining productivity and accelerating app delivery.

What Youll Bring

Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with significant hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
Strong expertise in Power Platform administration, including environment governance, security, and licensing optimization.
Proven experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-level low-code solutions within complex IT environments.
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years leading low-code or no-code platform initiatives.
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform are preferred.

You will work closely with IT leadership, Enterprise Architecture, security teams, and technical stakeholders across BCG. As a key partner to business and technology leaders, you will collaborate to identify opportunities, develop governance strategies, and ensure alignment with BCG s digital transformation goals.

Identifying opportunities to deliver innovative and scalable solutions through Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Building trusted partnerships with stakeholders across IT, business, and technical portfolios to prioritize and deliver business-critical applications
