We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital projects from inception to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
Identify risks and issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media tools, CMS, etc.).
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and inspire collaboration.
Time Management: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
