Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user requirements and project goals.

Design user interfaces for mobile and web applications using tools like Figma.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design ideas.

Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

Maintain consistency in design language and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of real-time projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with knowledge of other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision being an advantage.

Basic understanding of user research techniques, interaction design principles, and usability standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Experience in an Agile development environment.
