Qualifications:

1. Experience:

37 years of experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on MongoDB.

2. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MongoDB (Community and Enterprise editions).

Strong understanding of JSON, BSON, and MongoDB query language.

Experience with high availability setups like replica sets and sharded clusters.

Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas and cloud-based database solutions.

Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

3. Tools and Technologies:

Experience with database monitoring tools like MMS, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of backup tools such as Percona Backup for MongoDB or custom scripts.
