Job Summary:
The Head of Strategic Alliances will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across Online lead aggregators, Proptech, Fintech, HRTech, Legal Tech, real-estate & corporate industries. This role is pivotal in driving growth and enhancing the service offerings of BASIC Home Loan through effective and strategic collaborations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify potential strategic partners in the Proptech, Fintech, HRTech, and Legal Tech sectors. Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnerships that can enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefits and meeting contractual obligations.
- Project Management: Oversee the launch and management of partnership projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: At least 4-6 years in a strategic alliances role, preferably within the housing finance, fintech, or proptech sectors.
- Strong Negotiator: Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing advantageous partnership terms.
- Team Management: Hiring , nurturing & Team management of team Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including coordination, execution, and delivery.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry conference.
