Job Title: Supervisor Lighting Manufacturing Division

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Jodhpur

Department: Production/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in the lighting manufacturing division to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on production output, defects, and material consumption.
• Ensure proper inventory management and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Manage a team of workers and provide guidance on assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on production tasks and pending work.
• Coordinate with different departments like QC, Warehouse, and R&D for seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-6 years in manufacturing (preferably in the lighting industry).
• Strong reporting and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of lighting components, assembly processes, and quality control.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel tracking production data.
• Ability to handle a team and meet production targets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
