Job Description
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, across time zones.
- Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Manage changes to schedules efficiently, providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
Candidate Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.
- Collect and manage candidate documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Systems and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date.
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Administrative Support:
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks, such as posting job advertisements and managing job board accounts.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including career fairs and on-campus hiring initiatives.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
