We are currently hiring Fresh Graduates for Digital Banking department in Complaints & UPI Transaction process.

Job details

• Position: Executive - Digital Banking (Complaints / UPI Transactions)
• Job location: Vadodara (GJ)
• Job type: Full time and WFO
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 0 to 1 years
• Salary: Upto Rs. 2.5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure seamless interaction with customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions / complaints with customers using CRM software.
  
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality and integrity
  
• Handle customer queries related to digital banking processes through phone calls, emails, or chats.

Desired candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to comprehend and draft mails precisely
• Well versed with MS Excel functions like: PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, IF, MIN, MAX and other basic formulas.
• Immediate joiner
• Preferably from Vadodara
