To be successful in this role, you should have,
* CA Inter / MBA / PG with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR Graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
* Strong Accounting knowledge
* Prior exposure towards supporting Financial Close
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Working knowledge of automation tools like Alteryx preferred
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Some other highly values skills include,
* Working knowledge of ERP like SAP
* Exposure to tools like Power BI / Tableau
* Strong stakeholder management
* Management Reporting
* Self starter and fast learner

This role will be based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
