VP Ops & Strategy

Vice President-Ops Strategy, is pivotal for execution and driving Change Transformation programs, financial strategy to facilitate long-term strategic build out and transformation of overall BUK organization. The role holder will collaborate and liaise extensively with the BX India, Operations, Finance and Functions leadership (MD/D/ CEO level), Transaction Cycle (TC leads and senior global stakeholders to anchor and execute specific BX India level initiatives, provide SME support for strategic interventions, program management of transformation programs e.g.- COO programs involving BX India, governance of specific BX India forums, working groups and relevant reporting. The role holder will deliver large scale business transformation programs across people, process financials. Will provide planning and

execution towards strategic deliverables.

Proven ability to- Support execution of target operating model, Partner with senior CXO/CEO/business stakeholders to drive value from the horizontal view of operations, Managing / understanding of financial metrics, planning, and forecasting.
• Experience of delivering in strategic, large Ops Change programs with strong presentation, and communication skills. Relevant experience in the areas of Operations in leading teams in Banking/Financial Services in India. Experience in influencing, executing and reporting on business operations to senior stakeholders.

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities

• Collaboration with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Liaison between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
• Management and coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
• Improvement of operational efficiency within the organisation including the identification of areas for improvement, streamlining of processes, and implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Development of performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made. Involvement in aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including assistance in financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance against targets.
• Support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions.
