Client Reference Data Analyst

Step into the role of Client Reference Data Analyst, where youll provide first-class support by analysing and investigating financial transactions, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding our clients and organisation with expertise and care.

Key requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience
• Understanding of CIB structure required
• Experience in Reference Data Services, Entity /account opening & Closure, Corporate Action
• It is core Operations profile. Should be comfortable working on daily targets without compromise.
• Hand on experience on below
• Creating, Maintaining & publishing exception reports
• Ability to own, present & explain complex scenarios/data sets & business insights to senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to extensive usage of external sources to gather entity information & ability to trouble shoot out of box scenarios. Exposure to tools/engines like Quantexa, D&B, Company House would be added advantage.

Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.

Accountabilities

• Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
• Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
• Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
• Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
