PRA India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Planning & Machinery Head for Highways & Railways Project at Head Office Raipur Chhattisgarh.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of a plant, including production and manufacturing
• Maintaining equipment: Ensuring that plant equipment is properly maintained
• Developing strategies: Creating strategies to optimize plant performance
• Budget management: Controlling plant expenses and managing budgets to ensure financial health
• Staff supervision: Hiring, training, and mentoring plant staff
• Safety protocols: Enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure employee safety
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating: Planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the functions of the plant
• Ensuring proper functioning: Ensuring that all the departments of the plant are functioning properly and effectively
