Safety Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To analyze risk assessment, before the work started.
• To Implement practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of

promoting EHS and safe working practices in the workplace.

• To implement EHS management system.
• Liaising with government authorities like Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector,

World Bank representative, Client and consultants etc.

• Identify hazards, assess associated risk involved, and mitigate them.
• Providing Job Safety Training to the Executives, Supervisors & workers for Specific job.
• Maintaining the EHS records & PPEs material stock.
• Inspection of Personal PPE of all Workers, Tools and Equipments, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Points, First Aid Kit.
• Ensure all scaffolding, staging with visible inspection and follow documents.
• Conducted HSE training on different topics on a monthly basis with concern
• Inspect all equipment like a Scaffolding, Fire Extinguisher, PPEs and Machinery.
• Prepared for Incidents/Accidents to determine causes and prevent recurrence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma-Fire Safety
• Candidate must have a relevant Experience in Railway Projects
