bout the Job:

• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest best use reports, Financial Modeling concepts
• Self-driven individual with execution client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
• Execution skills- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.
• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc.
• Should have experience in Site inspections

About you:

• Knowledge about Financial Modelling
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Report writing
• Presentation and documentation work
