Job Description Summary

Join our global team as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform, a cornerstone of our company strategy. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work alongside our team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Data Analysts, Functional consultants and Product Owners to collaborate on solution designs to meet the business requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business rules and processes with stakeholders to refine requirements and offer recommendations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional BAs to document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

• Work with developers and administrators to implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment.

• Experience with workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controls.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.

Desired Attributes:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and product management skills.

• Confident in Salesforce problem-solving with excellent communication skills.

• Proactive in innovating and improving devops processes.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL Queries.

• Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect). (Preferred)
